Luc Stephen is a visionary filmmaker, writer, producer, and director known for his bold storytelling and culturally impactful narratives. Born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, and raised in Boston before settling in New York, Luc has built a multifaceted career rooted in authenticity, grit, and second chances.
He began his journey in the entertainment industry in 2007 with an appearance on BET’s acclaimed series American Gangster, later contributing as a consultant. In 2012, he founded Second Chance Enterprises, a film production company committed to developing meaningful, high-quality stories that resonate with diverse audiences.
Luc has produced an impressive slate of projects, including the 2024 psychological thriller Sin, starring Academy Award winner Louis Gossett Jr., and the urban drama Better Than My Last, featuring Hassan Johnson (The Wire). His documentary credits include The Mundane Truth, executive produced by Mike Tyson, Irv Gotti, and Gerald “Prince” Miller, as well as Born to Box, executive produced by Curtis Scoon.
As a director, Luc made his debut with Self Destruction, a gripping exploration of inner turmoil and transformation, and later co-directed the feature C.R.E.A.M., showcasing his strength in both raw urban realism and complex character development.

As Director of Photography, Chris is best known for his visual mastery and cultural sensitivity, capturing striking, emotionally rich images that elevate every frame. His credits include iconic Jamaican films such as Third World Cop and One Love, both of which have earned international acclaim for their dynamic visual storytelling and authentic portrayal of Jamaican life.
Chris has worked with a wide range of acclaimed directors and artists across the Caribbean and the U.S., and has contributed to feature films, documentaries, music videos, and commercial projects with a signature style rooted in realism, rhythm, and soul.
